For this role you will need to …

  • Work closely with our Project Managers and cross-functional teams
  • Assist facilitation for Scrum or Kanban ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, adhering to Agile principles
  • Help track project progress using tools like Jira
  • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items
  • Support backlog grooming and prioritization
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment
  • Learn Agile/Scrum practices and project reporting basics

 

Ideally, you will also have…

  • Bachelor’s degree/enrolled in Computer Science or other related disciplines is preferred
  • Strong interest in project management, Agile methodologies, or software delivery
  • Ability to adapt to changes, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Basic understanding of how software applications work, including the roles of the user interface, backend logic, and system communication via APIs
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Creative and analytical approach
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong clarity and tone
